This is one of those trivial little questions that have little consequence, but I still want to know. Does the texture of creatine have anything to do with quality? I’ve been using some generic brand and its very rough and grainy and I had a look at a buddy’s Prolab (creapure) stuff and its all fluffy and clumpy. Does it make a difference? Thanks.
I once bought some generic stuff that was how you describe. It was crap. Creatine should be like a fine powder, get the Prolab stuff or anything from Germany
I’ve read a lot about mixing up creating in hot tea/liquid - is this necessary for absorption? I usually just put the teaspoon in as little water as possible and drink that then have lots of water after. Does it need to go into solution to take?
