And in the future I’d just get the powder–it’s typically cheaper than tab form and it does the job just was well. Besides, then you can mix it in with your protein shake or whatever you want.
yeah, first of all i’d suggest the powder because it’s easier for your body to take in. It’ll absorb it faster. and aragorn is right, itss’s probably best if you take them all at once.
