I was wondering if anyone has tried Xyience’s creatine supplement. What their experinece has been with it and how are they taking it. on the package it just says to take 30 min prior to work out. If I cycle it (2 months on then 2 months off) should I always take it every day even if Im not doing a full work out on certain days? Any coments, suggestions, and help would be appretiated. Thanks.
Funny, I just looked this up last night. It’s basically overblown CEE.
I’d stick with mono, or if you’re susceptible to side effects, bulk CEE.
I agree with David Barr, plus it’s probably alot cheaper
