For anyone to answer (preferably with references):
I have read a lot of companies claiming that tricreatine malate is more readily absorbed due to solubility and the malic acid is recycled for use in the Kreb’s cycle. Any truth to this?
glycocyamine or guanidinoacetic-acid is supposed to be a creatine precursor. Again is the metabolic assumption that this will convert to creatine valid? I also read that it must be combined with betaine and that this combination has glycemic properties w/o the sugar? (What does that mean? I assumed it meant insulin response triggering higher uptake but it seemed like they were mixing terms.)
Thanks…
