I have a tub of dry creatine that I have had for a while (not quite a year). I keep in a dark cool place, but how long should it take to denature?

Some of the creatine I have, that I bought this year, wont expire until '08. Or something along those lines. Seems to last forever like a twinkie.

I bought a tub of creatine a few years ago, and then was given another massive tub by a friend. I still have both, and was using them interchangeably until a few months ago (Took a little workout break). When does the creatine go bad, and how can you tell?
