It just shows how dodgy the whole serum thing is, as normally the authorities are pretty lax about misleading advertising about nutrition.
It’s interesting that they were fined for inappropriate labelling, rather than their false claims that the supplement does something positive -which has been shown in the scientific literature to be untrue. Basically the shitty supplement companies can lie all they want, as long as they don’t screw up dosing (and even then, how many actually get caught).
