Creatine Questions

a few months back i was experimenting with creatine.

did a megadose to start(25G) and did (5G) everday after that.

while on creatine, my maxes jumped alot, but when i quit taking it, i lost all that extra max weight, is this normal?

If you’re a terrible trainee with inconsistent efforts and very susceptible to the placebo effect, sure.

Lol if by ‘creatine,’ you mean ‘AAS’ then yeah, totally normal.

Creatine will make you hold water and will thus improve leverages to an extent, so I could see SOME loss of strength once it’s dropped. But losing ALL strength gains when it’s dropped? That sounds a bit ridiculous. You likely changed something else as well, intentionally or not.

So you loaded creatine, then did a maintenance dose, and then went off…

Fascinating, please tell me more about your ground breaking work in the sport sciences.

Also, could you use quantifiable term instead of “alot” or are you saving the true findings for your dissertation.
