creatine is so cheap bro. sadly i have been so broke that i have been ‘off-cycle’ for a few months. otherwise, i dont think its pertinent that you stop creatine
otherwise, I wouls suggest 10g a day on workout, 5g on non workout.
I would have 5g in a pre/peri workout drink/meal and 5g PWO.
on non trianing days i would do 5g in the morning
I know theres a lot of conflicting literature on loading/non-loading, but since its so cheap, i would say do a few days of higher dosing i.e. 15g-20g throughout the day. Why, you may ask? Why not…

OH YEAH, umm as far as whwat to take it with, I would say fructose isnt optimal, so that cuts out gatorade/apple juice. I would suggest having it with whatever simple carbohydrate (dextrose, sucrose)you ingest pre/post workout, or even maltodextrin (as this is also a ‘fast-acting complex carb’).
then again, whey hydrolysate and isolate have been shown to have increased insulin response as well, so they would also assist in creatine uptake.
i’ve taken creatine void of any accoutrement supplements as well. I feel that it has still assisted my anaerobic endurance regardless. i havent taken creatine for aesthetic purpose in a long time
