I have been taking just the regular creatine monohydrate, i have been taking 10grams in my pwo shake on my lift days, and 5 grams on my off days. I take it in the pwo shake to help with recovery but from my understanding the benefits of creatine come from keeping high atp levels and helping with energy(correct me if im wrong).
Do you think it would be more beneficial to take a pre/during workout drink and add the creatine to that? Rather than taking it post workout? Or do like half and half on my workout days, 5grams in a pre/during drink and 5grams in my post?
