when i asked a trainer for a strength supplement he offered creatine phosphate. and it is a bit more expensive then just creatine. is it worth the extra cash?
No, A gym owner once told me also to buy CP. I personally reacted better to the Biotest German Creatine than with CP. It cost a hell of a lot more too.
