So he suggests that the time required for the creatine to be absorbed by the muscle is greater than the duration of the WO, if I understand well.

However anecdotal evidences is always interesting, if some people have experienced greater effects taking creatine prior to WO, without any bad side effects, then that’s interesting to know.
