I Have a quick question. Is the Creatine “loading stage” a bunch of bull or is it really necesary? It almost seems to me that it is just them trying to make you finish the creatine faster. Any further advice or recomendations on creatine would also be helpful.
Creatine manufactures recommend a loading phase of 5 grams taken 3 or 4 times a day.
Nutritional experts who don’t make money from creatine sales say that anything more than 5 grams (some say 3 grams) a day is flushed out in urine and is therefore wasted.
