whats up everyone? when i started takin creatine, i never did do the loading phase... ive always just used it twice a day, 5 grams each time.... should i have done the loading phase? does it make a significant difference?
Most people now just take creatine as a daily supplement, and don't worry about loading or cycling it.

No, it makes no difference long term. 5 grams twice a day is a lot, though - what's your lean mass? You could probably drop it down to 5g/day.
