creatine for smarts?

nifty.

  1. Considering the number of morons that I’ve seen take creatine and remain morons, I sincerely doubt this study’s claims.

  2. Creatine supplementation is about getting more creatine than the common, meat-eating lifter/person would normally get, thus the term supplementation. This study just shows that vegetarians miss out on crucial nutrition which makes them less intelligent than meat eaters. But that’s a “chicken or the egg” kind of argument, as I think anyone who passes up a big, juicy steak isn’t playing with a full deck to begin with.

  3. Cool quote from the article:

“The supplement is also notorious for creating an unpleasant odour in the vicinity of the taker.”
