Creatine for General Health

Hi All,

It was in the recent Poliquin Q&A, and I’ve heard it before as well. There are “general health” benefits to taking creatine aside from the performance benefits.

What is the latest research/experience/info on how much to take and stuff?

Apparently, it helps with brain function; but I haven’t seen any solid studies (such as, from Princeton) to really allow me to just immediately permit it as fact.
