I’ve heard from some not-so-reliable sources that creatine use can sometimes make your face look fat and bloated due to water retention. Does anybody have any scientific or real-world evidence of this? Just curious…
To much food and added BF% = fatface not creatine.

I think the high school kids are spreading rumors again…like “you won’t get pregnant”.
