Does anyone out there notice their face is fuller (fatter) while on creatine, esp. after 5 or 6 weeks when body is saturated with it? I now have ridiculous creases in my face from all the fullness. How long after cycling off creatine does it take for the water retention to diminish to pre-supplementation levels? My cycle was six weeks long, 10g day. I don’t find creatine all that effective and will not take it again.
