Does creatine expire due to age?
I dug up a bottle of mine that I now have uses for and its got 23/7 2004 as the expire date, should I or should I not use it anyway?
Yes creatine does ‘go off’ when it is old but the dates on the products are normally conservatively set so personally I would still use the creatine if it looks ok.
