I just realized how inefficient it is compared to the regular creatine monohydrate. So what should I do with the left-overs? It seems too wasteful to just toss it out. Any ideas on the most efficient/effective way of supplementing CEE?
Just use it as you would creatine mono, until you’re finished.
A useless supplement is a useless supplement…I once threw out 2/3 of a tub of Xpand after realizing it was junk.
