Creatine CEE =Less Cramps?

Just another cee question.

Anyone find LESS cramping with the CEE as opposed to mono?

Water intake doesn’t seem to help, in answer to the inevitable ‘drink more water’ response.

You simply need to dissolve the Mono better in hot water. That seems to be the root of the problem people have.


No prob.

Try a different brand and try taking it with food.
