Okay so I’ve been loading for a few days now.
I realize this is unnecessary but the plan is to try it this way for a couple months then take a month off and try it without loading and see which I like better.
Okay the problem.
When I take it on a completely empty stomach which is first thing in the morning or atleast a couple hours after a meal I feel fine, wonderful.
But I normally eat about 2 hours before my workout. So I’ll eat, wait 30-45 minutes take my preworkout creatine and then 30 minutes later drink a cup of coff and drive to the gym.
Either just before my workout or immediately after I have the worst stomach pain, watery poop/constipation
YES YES you read correctly I have both watery diarrhea and constipation. Let me explain this better. When I push nothing comes out, but if I just relax through the pain and just let it slide it gushes out and I’ll have 4-5 of these episodes. the first shit will be solid though but every subsequent shit gets more and more liquidy.
okay so the obvious answer is to not take so close to a meal and just to take it on an empty stomach and see if this ever happens again or to stop loading and take one single dose a day.
but if this is happening shouldn’t I consider just not taking it at all. If my body is just like fuck this so bad that it makes me shit myself.
EDIT: (btw my diet is PRETTY healthy in the sense that I only have one wipers I never have soft mushy or diarrhea type poop.)
