Berardi recomends 4 servings of BCAA + creatine. 2 before and after workouts and 2 whenever. He says:
" You'll avoid the gumby-leg syndrome. That's where your muscles, especially your legs, feel flat and rubbery most of the time."
But, with a low carb aprox, with this recomendation, do you retain water? for exemple, if I take 2,5 grams of creatine + 5 grams of BCAA just wake up on empty stomach, 2 servings around workout, and one serving at night, between meals, will I retain water?
