Creatine Anhydrous

I know when most people use creatine they use creatine monohydrate. However, somebody I know recently recommended using creatine “anhydrous.” Personally I had never heard about it and I was wondering if theres anybody here that knows any of the benefits/drawbacks of it.

Anhydrous just means “without water”. There’s an explanation about hydrophillicity that we don’t need to go into, so just stick to monohydrate and keep it dry.

Creatine gets hard and clumpy when exposed to high humidity -something I learned living in SE Texas.
