I’d like to start a very low calorie keto diet and was wondering if creatine or/and glutammine could help me to contain muscle loss?could anyone suggest me how to use them and tell me if they are useful?
Usually creatine makes me gain a lot of water weight and I was wondering if it could prevent me from getting shredded.
Any guess?

you answered your own question when you said creatine helps you maintain water. As far as i know i will definitely go on creatine when i go for my cutting phase because i will need the added benefits it gives for muscle recovery. my goal is to lose fat, not water weight. Losing water is not healthy. So to counter act the effects of caffeine, ephadra, green tea i will be taking creatine in my workout shake and drinking extra water. laters pk
