Creatine and Hot-Rox for Newbie Bulk?

Is creatine a product that should be used for more advanced lifters who have reached a plateau or can it be used by lifters who work out on and off and want to start a bulk routine without having maximized newbie gains?

Also, is HOT-ROX safe to use with it at the same time? or does that not make sense to do so…

5g post workout is what youll normally be suggested, and no, no risk with HOT-ROX. You will probably gain a few pounds of water weight when first using it but don’t sweat it. And yes, you can use it w/o maximizing newbie gains.

What do you mean by “work out on and off”?

If you work out 1 time a week then you have to look at more then supplementation.

As far as HRX goes…save it for a cutting cycle if your a newbie.
