Is it just me, or does everyone else bloat when they go on creatine. I have been on and off of it for this reason for about 2 months now. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can avoid this? Anything? Thanks.
Creatine is known to make you hold water. That’s part of how it works, though most of the water should be at the muscle level so you feel better pumps. Is that what you mean?
Try to keep your carbs low/complex. Drink alot of water 1+gallon a day, avoid + sodium.
What I meant was that I get really good pumps, but I also have been experiencing less definition without any change in my diet. Thanks for the replies.
