Creatine and 5x5


Some time ago I bought a pack
of creatine, but at the time
I was doing the typical 3x 10-12

Now, however I am doing a 5x5 routine
and I wondered if the creatine has any
effect in this routine? Thoughts?

Also if I begin to do some High octane
cardio, could it be useful there?

since the ATP/CP system is the primary system at work during a heavy training session, yes, it is beneficial.


I shouldn’t even answer this since info about creatine is literally all over this web site (search engines,etc.) but I’ll just say this: If you’ve ever used it before, and seen any positive effects, take creatine. If you’ve never used it before and aren’t sure, take creatine.
