I have 2 bottles of creatine that were opened and are a year old, it looks the same as when it was new. Is it good to use, and even if it is good, will it have the same potency as a new bottle?
What’s the expiry date on the bottle?
Creatine absorbs a lot of moisture (and smells), so smelling it should be a good indication of whether it’s “gone bad”. Take a whiff, and check the consistency… If it’s all clumpy and smells like shit, you might want to buy a new one

It didn’t smell but was a little clumpy so I threw it out, plus the link you gave me is only $12.00 , rather not risk it.
