Cream Cheese Every Day?

Yeah. My favorite combo is the coconut cream yogurt from Aldi with some shredded coconut baking flakes.

Shred a little orange zest over it and it’s freakin ridiculous good.

The yogurt comes in at 12g. / 5oz. cup.

cooked oatmeal with a scoop of protein, 1 banane, put this in the fridge while your working out and then eat this post workout ! taste so good

Lucky, oatmeal is so quick, easy and tasty

I’m scared to eat it now though, the last two times I ate oatmeal I had bad reactions

I’ve stopped putting the philadelphia cream cheese on my rice, I’m no longer craving it, maybe I ate too much of the stuff lol

Now I just put kefir yogurt on my rice

Yes about the oatmeal

I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, at the moment I think I’m intolerant to oats

But hopefully if I find the cure/ improve my condition I can add oats to my diet again, i love the taste.

I believe we are close to finding the best treatment method and the formula for the cure. Here the thread:
