Crazy Complex


a friend of mine is doing this
Clean, Front squat, push press, back squat, BTN press, drop weight to floor, do a push up off the bar, then from a squat position, clean from squat.
thats 1 rep


What, no burpee over bar?


throw in a a twirl at the end and this could pass for a dance routine.


Everything before the push-ups part is a legitimate complex - Bear, if I am not mistaken. (If you mean hang clean as the first movement). CT has also written about it in the forums somewhere I believe.
