My bodycomposition has gone out of control and I have started to do something about it. I have seriously taken up training again as much I can cause I have like 80 h a week of work.
I have read about BioSignature and except that I’m obese it seems like I have some cortisol problems… perhaps other problems to.

170cm and 105kg and 34 years. I can’t work less the next 4-5 months, don’t drink or smoke.
Right now I do a semi-low carb diet @ 2500kcal/day and supplement with fishoil, GLA, BCAA, glycine.
What do you think about it and do you have any suggestions?
