Hey everyone. I used to have a 5/3/1 log back a few months ago. Well I won my first powerlifting contest back in November. After the contest I ran CT's Hp mass for 6 weeks. Gained 7 pounds and got up to 215. Im gona switch to Doggcrapp and try and gain some more muscle before my next powerlifting contest in the Summer. The only reason Im switching off of Hp Mass was just due to the time commitment.
