Cramps When Doing Pec Stretch

Hey everyone,

Whenever I do a pec stretch, wether with the arms straight, bent or any other variation, my rear delts start to cramp immensely and I have to stop the stretch…

Is there any way to solve this? I really want to clean up my posture a bit so my pecs really need to be stretched!


What about your posture needs to be “cleaned up”?

I have a bit of lower crossed and upper crossed syndrome that I now want to be cleared as much as possible.
