So I let myself go a little lately because of SC2. But I'm back in the iron game.
Weakness is still the same : no appetite, a few options to eat on my schedule, but whatever.
I'll be focusing on increasing my 10RM since I've failed at increasing my 1-3RM numerous time with repeated burning of the CNS with the HTH protocols. I'll leave HTH for when I get better recovery opportunities.
So the program is pretty basic, inspired by starting strength and HFT. Already went back to best shape on military press.

RFESS (wink at Mike Boyle), I get pretty good stim to glute and ham with this
Rep scheme is warmup to somewhere near 10RM (still in fine tuning) and increasing from. Last set is an honest straigth set without "increased intensity" methods like rest pause, as I'm afraid of burning CNS (again...).
Do that 3-5x/week for as long as I progress. Linear periodisation. Some sprinting in the mix if I have time/motivation.
My relative strengths are military press while the biggest weakness is an abysmal incline press.
