Covering Your Nutritional Acids (and Bases) article

John Berardi wrote an interesting article on PH balance. It’s interesting to note that the higher fat foods have a lower acid level, and also that meat helps get rid of the acid it produces.

This brings me back to the Inuit and the Masai. Is it the high fat content along with the semi-self-neutralizing properties of meat that help keep them in a healthy state?
