Hey I was just wondering what’s the difference between NFS and Dry Curd cottage cheese? I’m on Fitday trying to get the macros for the cottage cheese I bought. There’s a big difference between NFS and Dry Curd (Only in Protein). I bought Cottage Cheese 0.1%, now I don’t know which of those it would be? Thanks in advance
Why don’t you just create a custom food and enter the stats from the back of the container? Uh, providing that the nutrition profile is on the back of the container.
That’s the point, I wouldn’t be looking for the stats if they were on the packaging. I decided to just use the data for the dry curd ones. If anything i’ll be getting extra protein if it really is NFS.
