Ive read alot of people recommend blending GROW with cottage cheese and was just wondering everyones opinion on the best proportion of each? Also any other low-carb Grow recipies?

You must do 2 scoops of Grow in 3/4 Cup of Cottage cheese. This is super anabolic. Any other proportions are severly catabolic.
