Any recomendations on ways to cut down my grocery bill. Eating healthy is expensive and I am not a big fan of canned tuna.
What I do is buy as much at a wholesale club as possible, then get what I can’t get there at a local supermarket or nutrition shop (flax oil, etc.). This will itself seriously cut down costs. Another thing you can do is eat more eggs/skim milk, both cheap. Also remember why you are eating, not to be a fan but to reach your goals - eat like a man!
Eating healthy, is not expensive, but it requires a little more work. My grocery bill is around 300 bucks a month for two. Buy in bulk, hit the sales, and learn to use cheaper cuts of meat.
