For any of it that follow him on Twitter/Instagram/Facebook or any other social media site, you have seen this program. What are your thoughts on it?

I have mixed feelings. What attracts me to it is that his numbers for squat have jumped but what is pulling me way from it the damage done to the knees and rest of the body fom inedatequat rest.
