I’m a teen with a height of 5feet11/180cm with relatively long legs compared to my torso. This fact affects my deadlift starting position so I need YOUR help on determining which one is right.
I’ve been having back soreness/pains lately and if that is a result of a bad starting position, YOU be the judge!
Legs are shoulder width apart, I start the pull with pushing through the heels while squeezing my glutes and abs as tightly as possible. I also squeeze my chest up during and starting position.
