If you lift heavy and do compound lifts, is it necessary to do core stability exercises? I would think the core would be working to stabilize enough. Also, what’s the point to suction exercises? Do they serve any sport functionality??
I don’t think suction exercises (I’m assuming you mean tranverse abdominal work…) are neccessary, but I think that doing core work outside of the compounds is important. Heavy cable crunches, woodchops, side bends and decline board sit ups and iso holds interspersed with some higher rep stuff works well I think.
