Core Work Exercises?

In the crossfit article you adviced doing core work between barbell lifts. What are some excercises you like to use for that?

Any form of abs work really…either dynamic (cable crunches, hanging leg raises, abs wheel, etc.) or static (plank, side plank, abs old on glute-ham raise, dragon flag hold, L-sit, etc.).
