Core vs. Isolation

If you do isolation movements I will call you a homersexual, laugh at you and cast you out of Valhalla.

I have slowly moved away from isolation exercises and have put more focus on core movements in the last few months and I am loving it. However, I agree with ND in that there are certain “iso” movements that I still incorporate into my routine. As stated previosuly, it all depends on your goals. But if you want more bang for your buck…core movements are the way to go!
