Core Training/Lower 2 Abs

hope all is well.

i just wanted to hear what people had to say about getting those last 2 lower abs to really be defined. i tried running every other day. i do things like leg lifts but i dont see any improvement. maybe another exercise that can hit those lower abs hard??

Do you mean for your six pack or eight pack? Wheather you can get an eight pack is largely genetic. For increased definition you have to lower your badyfat% and that is done in the kitchen mainly.

Yeah, make sure you have them first lol. I’m assuming you already felt them? So the answer is to get leaner.
