Core Training For Racquetball

Can anyone refer an article on core training. I’ve tried doing a search and I am only getting posts. Not sure if it’s my computer.

I play racquetball competively and I am trying to increase my core strength to generate more power in my swing. I am dealing with rotator cuff tendonitis, just on the forehand side, so I am hoping an increase in my legs and core would relieve some of the strain in my rotator. I’ve been doing dynamic lunges, explosive squats, and sprints for the wheels, which have helped. I also do RDL’s for the posterior chain. Not sure what I could do to increase the speed and strength in the hips to drive the ball…

Try Kettlebell/Dumbell Swings. Great for Hip power and explosiveness.
