Hey guys I have been having some pain around my coracobrachialis/short head of the biceps recently and it’s starting to affect my bench. I mainly feel it when the bar is on my chest (especially during pause benching). I think this came on from doing weighted dips, and I have since cut out the weighted dips. I would normally just cut out benching for a spell, but I have my first PL meet in two weeks, so that’s not really an option. Any tips on what to do, or anyone experience this pain before?
Accidentally posted this in the powerlifting section too… I’ll probably get some heat for that… Any help would be awesome.
