Hi, wondering if any other cops, military, or fire and rescue guys are in the DC area…that might want to get together from time to time for some training…anything, strength and conditioning, shooting, DT, whatever…would be good to network.
I work in Northern VA right outside DC/MD Woodrow Wilson bridge area, live in Arlington. I have experience as S&C coach and played D-I football, so I could throw together fun workouts for us. please contact me if interested
