Cooking for the Lunch Box Types

Wanted to try to make thread devoted to us old school folks who still pack a lunch box, can’t really cook and don’t have time to make anything nice to lug to work. If you’re like me you eat several meals at work and those staples can get real old.

The idea is recipies that can be premade, frozen and then eaten throughout the week. Honestly we can go any direction just wanted to give others ideas for new food to take to work. Food porn is always welcome.

If you haven’t seen this before there is a thread in the Tcell about alpha cooking:

This is cool but for the most part these folks can actually cook, props to SteelyD he’s the Gordon Ramsey of T-Nation but my skills are lost after burning some chicken.
