After reading all the comments on the “new Grow! flavor poll” thread, I realized that I’d recently found a cookies n’ cream recipe for vanilla protein powder. Here you go!
1 Cup Non-Fat milk or water
1 Scoop Vanilla Low-Carb Grow!
2 drops peppermint extract
3 ice cubes
Blend at high speed for 45 seconds. Then add three low-fat or low-carb chocolate wafers and blend at low speed for 10 seconds.
