Quick question regarding cooked vs. uncooked calories and macros. I'm using an app to track my intake which I've done before but never that seriously. Grabbed some chicken out of the freezer yesterday to marinate overnight and weighed it frozen. 21oz. I thought "cool, roughly two, ten oz. portions". Weighed it again today after cooking and it was 14 oz.
How do you usually track this? I'm inclined to say cooked, since that's how it goes into your body, but...??? There's a 33% reduction there which, obviously, can make a huge difference over the course of a week or month.
